We might so humbly reflect on the relevance of such metaphors to present society. Rivers shape mountains. It is with this metaphor VitArbr reflects on the state of mental health today. It is with this notion we understand the slow, challenging approach with which we will eradicate the stigma and prevalence of detrimental mental health conditions. Society stood steadfast on the cusp of every great change it has ever experienced, and so it will for this. As rivers shape mountains, the unwavering love of people, speaking up about mental health, will shape society.
